For groups we recommend to notify choice of menu (if applicable) in advance. Reserved tickets should be collected at the latest 20 minutes before the departure.   

If the reservation is cancelled or changed later than 24 hours before the cruise, we reserve right to charge expences due to cancellation or change.

Carrier responsibilities of Royal Line Oy are limited according to Finnish maritime law. Transportation conditions are available on request from our head office, Pohjoisranta 4, FI-00170 Helsinki.
